The People Behind Harrison Trees

About Tree

I've spent my career working in nurseries, garden maintenance, and with a landscaping design company. As I worked, I became increasingly passionate about native plants, understanding their critical role in local ecosystems. Over time, my passion for plants evolved into a deeper understanding of how landscapes can transform spaces, and I developed the skills to create my own designs. My permaculture certification has been key in seeing gardens as living, breathing ecosystems, each with a unique story to tell.

About Marshall

I began my career in the plant world as a grounds worker for a tree company, eventually becoming the head climber. Over six years, I developed a deep technical understanding of trees, which led me to become a certified arborist. For me, tree care isn't just a job—it's a calling that combines physical skill with a profound respect for the complex ecosystems trees support. Whether it's tree trimming, removal, or helping clients choose the right tree for their space, I approach each task with expertise and care.

Together,

we bring a rare combination of professional expertise and personal partnership to landscape design. As life partners who have both dedicated our careers to understanding plants and ecosystems, we offer clients a holistic approach that goes beyond traditional landscaping. Marshall's technical arborist skills and my ecological design perspective allow us to craft outdoor spaces that are living, vibrant systems. Our shared vision for Harrison Trees is to create landscapes that support wildlife, inspire communities, and tell a unique story—transforming not just properties, but how people connect with the natural world around them.
